In-house design service

Our in-house Design Division offers a comprehensive gas, mechanical, electrical and plumbing service.

This may be taken as an integral part of a full installation contract. Alternatively, it is available as a ‘stand alone’ service which can provide design expertise and technical advice to Clients – including Housing Associations, Main Contractors, or other Mechanical Contractors.

The design team are all fully trained and qualified - and include Mechanical, Gas and Electrical engineers as well as a Fellow of The Institute of Plumbing. Representation within the Institutes ensures that, like the site operations teams, they always keep abreast of the latest equipment, methods and technology.

What’s more, to ensure our designs are practical and comply with regulations, our designers are also registered under CORGI and Water Regulations. Our specialisation enables us to offer our design service at very competitive rates which compare favourably with those of specifying M&E design consultancies.

Birchcroft SERVICE FIRST policy also offers expert advice to Clients entirely free of charge – on mechanical or electrical matters, whether or not the subject of current or proposed contracts.
